If there is one great constant in the United States today, that we citizens can practically set a clock to, it is the passing of the National Defense Authorization Act or NDAA right in time for Christmas. You can practically hear defense contractor behemoths like Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and all the other merchants of death who dominate our foreign policy, singing Christmas carols from sea to shining sea in celebration.

Democrat, Republican, conservative or liberal, if there is one uniting constant in U.S. politics today it is the bipartisan desire of our elected officials to flagrantly spend our tax dollars on war, weapons, and government surveillance. The annual passing of the NDAA is a testament to that desire. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, woke culture controversies or surveillance abuses, nothing will stand in the way of feeding the Military Industrial Complex.
